When
to Call your Personal Visiting Physician
We can't stress this enough. Anytime you
do not feel well, call your Care Level
House Call Doctor right away - 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Even if it's the
middle of the night.
It's not an inconvenience. In fact, your
House Call Doctor wants you to call. Our
primary concern is your well being. The sooner
you call, the better chance he or she can
help you, and perhaps keep you from having
to go to the hospital. Use the doctor's direct
cell phone at anytime. Write it on the front
of this brochure.
Long-Term Maintenance
We understand that you may have one or more
chronic conditions that make it hard to get
to the doctor's office. Or can cause you
to make regular visits to the emergency room
or hospital. As part of your long-term maintenance
care to keep you feeling as good as possible,
your Care Level House Call Doctor will come
to your home once or twice a month, and more
if you need it. And of course, he or she
stays in contact with your Office Doctor,
so they can work together on your treatment.
